Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• A clear unboxing video is required for return/exchange approval.
• Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged after use, altered, or without proper proof may not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
